CORRIGENDUM NO. 1

SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF MOBILE PUBLIC ADDRESS SYSTEMS

1. Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) would like to inform all prospective, potential bidders and the general public of the following changes and corrections regarding the Invitation for Bids (IFB) that was earlier issued for the Supply and Delivery of Mobile Public Address Systems.

2. The closing date for receipt of tenders has been extended from 17^th May, 2020 at 10:00 hours to Friday, 22^nd May, 2020 at 10:00 hours. The addresses for inspection, purchase, submission and opening of bidding documents remain an changed as follows:

3. Opening of Bids shall commence at 10:00 hours on Friday, 22^nd May, 2020 in MACRA’s corporate     boardroom, where all interested bidders, their representatives and the general public are welcome to attend.

4. MACRA is not in any way bound to accept the lowest or any bid but reserves the right to exercise choice of the lowest evaluated, substantially responsive bid and where necessary can cancel the procurement proceedings at any stage.
