Online Master of Communications Management (eMCM)

AFRALTI in collaboration with United Kingdom Telecommunications Academy (UKTA) and University of Rwanda (UR) is offering Online Master of Communications Management (eMCM). eMCM is designed for people working in the following ICT Sectors: ICT Regulators, Telecom Operators, ICT Policy Makers, Internet Service Providers, Broadcasters and any other ICT field.

Modules offered are as follows:

19 January 2019 – 8 April 2019: Strategic Management for ICT

12 April 2019 – 8 July 2019: Project Management for ICT

10 July – 9 October 2019: Legal, Regulatory, Policy and Environment of a Converged Society

11 October – 13 December 2019: Human Resources for ICT

7 January 2020 – 12 July 2020: Final dissertation project

These four modules can be completed whilst participants are in full time employment.

Once the participant has completed the four modules can register for dissertation.

The participant would be required to be a degree holder with a minimum of three years working experience in ICT sector.

It will take one year and six months to complete eMCM.
