AFRALTI HOSTS GLOBAL TRAINING ON DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN THE PUBLIC SECTOR



AFRALTI, as an ITU Academy Training Centre, successfully hosted a transformative training on Digital Transformation in the Public Sector, aimed at enhancing the digital capabilities of government institutions worldwide. Sponsored by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and the EU Global Gateway, the program brought together global expertise and innovation to accelerate digital advancements in governance and public service delivery.

The training attracted 33 participants from 18 nationalities, representing Benin, Cameroon, Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, India, Lesotho, Malawi, Niger, Nigeria, Pakistan, Samoa, Senegal, South Sudan, Uganda, The Gambia, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. This diverse representation fostered a rich exchange of knowledge and experiences, allowing participants to explore best practices, emerging trends, and innovative solutions for effective digital transformation in the public sector.

Through this program, AFRALTI played a pivotal role in bridging the digital divide, strengthening institutional capacities, and promoting inclusive digital governance. By leveraging cutting-edge digital tools and strategies, participants gained valuable insights to drive efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric public service delivery in their respective countries.
