On 7^th November 2013, the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) and the East African Communications Organisation (EACO) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to jointly organize training programmes for EACO members. Training programmes will be designed to support Human Resources development in Information & Communications Technology (ICT) Sector.

During the signing ceremony which took place at AFRALTI Headquarters in Nairobi, Kenya, AFRALTI was presented by Mr. Eustace Maboreke while EACO was represented by Mr. Hodge Semakula.
