E-commerce (the buying and selling of goods and services over the internet) has evolved in many ways since its start, and it’s changing the way we live, shop and do business. AFRALTI Pens MoU with PAPU
AFRALTI and the Pan African Postal Union (PAPU) signed a long-term partnership during the fringes of the Policy and Regulation Committee’s inaugural meeting held in Nairobi (Kenya), William Baraza and Messrs. Sifundo C. Moyo, respectively Director of the African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) and PAPU Secretary General, executed a Memorandum of Understanding witnessed by members and facilitated by the Chairman of the Committee. AFRALTI Governing Council joint committees’ convened in Naivasha, Kenya as the Institute deliberated on its 5-year draft strategic plan 2022-2027.The joint committees constituted of delegates from AFRALTI member states namely; Kenya, Kingdom of Eswatini, Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Uganda and Zimbabwe.
