The African Advanced Level Telecommunications Institute (AFRALTI) and Malawi Communications Regulatory Authority (MACRA) jointly organized a very successful Human Capital Development Forum in ICT in Lilongwe, Malawi from 24^th to 26^th February 2014 at Crossroads Hotel.

The forum attracted over 30 HR practitioners working in ICT sector such as Regulators, Telecom Operators, Broadcasters, and Internet Service Providers.
